These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 133bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered on the 133bet platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all associated account, deposit, withdrawal, and promotional features.

By creating an account on 133bet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 133bet platform.

• You have not previously been excluded from 133bet or any affiliated platform for reasons of fraud, abuse, or self-exclusion.
• You are not currently subject to any court order, bankruptcy proceeding, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.
• You understand that online gambling involves real money and the risk of financial loss, and you are participating voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have not been designated as a problem gambler under any active self-exclusion agreement with 133bet or a third-party responsible gaming body.

2 Account Registration

When registering an account with 133bet, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account.

133bet operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

• Accounts must be registered using genuine personal details. The use of false names, borrowed identities, or fabricated information is prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of, or share your account with, any other person.
• 133bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account usernames must not contain offensive, impersonating, or brand-infringing language.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their device and network connection are secure at the point of registration and during ongoing use.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 133bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer options are available for Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank account holders.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 133bet may apply enhanced due diligence checks on large transactions.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your 133bet account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• 133bet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• 133bet is not liable for delays caused by external payment processing systems, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 133bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• 133bet may impose withdrawal limits or delays on accounts under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

133bet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaign credits. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once across all accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are played first unless otherwise stated. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus claim are not withdrawn until the bonus conditions are resolved.
• 133bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such change does not adversely affect bonus funds already in active play.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Players who opt out of all marketing communications will not automatically lose access to promotions, but may need to opt in individually to claim specific offers.

5 Responsible Gaming

133bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The platform provides tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion arrangements. These tools are available from the account settings dashboard at any time.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no access is permitted.
• 133bet does not permit re-registration during an active self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by opening a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 133bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf without prior written authorisation from 133bet.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a technical error must be reported immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or conduct any form of denial-of-service or security attack.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent verification requirements.
• Colluding with other players or platform insiders to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 133bet platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, interface design, text, data structures, and software — is the exclusive property of 133bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercialise any part of the 133bet platform or its content without explicit written permission.

• Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and associated branding remain the property of their respective owners.
• Screen recording, live streaming, or public broadcasting of 133bet game sessions requires prior written consent.
• The 133bet brand name, logo, and URL are registered identifiers. Unauthorised use in any commercial context is prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

133bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and connectivity issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

9 Amendments to These Terms

133bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 133bet will endeavour to provide advance notice via in-platform notification or registered email.

Your continued use of the 133bet platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a modification to the Terms, your sole recourse is to cease using the platform and close your account. Existing bet settlements will be governed by the Terms in force at the time each bet was placed.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. 133bet operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players in Bangladesh access the platform on the understanding that online gambling regulations in Bangladesh are evolving, and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction on the 133bet platform, you agree to first contact the 133bet support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 133bet aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the FAQ and support documentation. 133bet's decision on matters within its reasonable discretion (including account actions, bonus determinations, and result settlements) shall be considered final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
